    Because all our prints are made to order, we only offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items. Let us know within 30 days if there's an issue, and we’ll sort it out.

    Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
    Yep, but only if we haven’t started working on it yet! So, if you need to make changes, email us ASAP at oskieprints@gmail.com.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can get your hands on our awesome prints. 🌍

    How long does shipping take?
    It depends on where you are! You’ll see shipping times at checkout, but here’s a quick breakdown:

    • UK: Standard (3-5 days), Express (1-2 days via Royal Mail)

    • A3 prints and bigger: Need an extra 5 working days to get ready before shipping.

  • What materials are your prints made from?
    We use high-quality paper to make sure your prints look amazing:

    • Matte Paper (140g/m²): Non-shiny, sleek, and professional.

    • Glossy Paper (250g/m²): Bright, bold, and full of shine!

    Do your prints come in different sizes?
    Absolutely! We offer sizes from A5 to A1, and if you need something smaller than A4, just let us know!

    Do you sell frames?
    Not yet, but maybe in the future! Stay tuned. 😉

  • Do you take custom design requests?
    Not right now, but we might in the future!

    Can I request a different color or size?

    Can you make a print from my photo?

  • What’s your return policy?
    We only accept returns for faulty items, and you’ve got 30 days to let us know if there’s a problem.

    What if my print arrives damaged?

    How long does a refund take?
    We process refunds within 2-12 working days, but your bank might take a bit longer to get the money back to you.
