  • What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure checkout via Stripe or PayPal. Choose whichever you prefer at checkout.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because every print is made to order, we can only replace or refund items that arrive faulty or damaged.
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We start making your print quickly. If production hasn’t begun, we’re happy to cancel or update your order—just email oskieprints@gmail.com as soon as possible (pop your order number in the subject line). Once an order has been printed or dispatched, changes aren’t possible.

  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. 🌍 Please note that local customs, duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
    How long does shipping take?
Timeframes vary by destination and service. You’ll see the best estimates at checkout, but as a guide:

    • UK: Standard 3–5 working days · Express 1–2 working days (Royal Mail)

    • A3 prints and larger: Please allow an additional 3 working days for production before dispatch.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

    How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, print size, and the delivery speed you choose. You’ll see all options and prices before you pay.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door. 📦
If you need a hand with a delivery, drop us a line at oskieprints@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help.

  • What materials are your prints made from?
We print on premium art papers chosen to suit the artwork:

    • Matte – 140 gsm: Smooth, non-reflective, crisp and contemporary.

    • Glossy – 250 gsm: Vivid colour with a bright, high-sheen finish.
Printed with high-resolution detail for a clean, gallery-ready look.

Do your prints come in different sizes?
Yes — from A5 to A1 as standard. If you need something smaller than A4, just ask and we’ll sort it.
Quick size guide (mm · inches):
    A5 — 148×210 · 5.8×8.3
    A4 — 210×297 · 8.3×11.7
    A3 — 297×420 · 11.7×16.5
    A2 — 420×594 · 16.5×23.4
    A1 — 594×841 · 23.4×33.1
Note: A3 and larger need an extra 5 working days for production before dispatch.
    Do you sell frames?
Not just yet — but most high-street and online retailers stock frames in A-sizes (A5–A1). Tip: if you like a bordered look, choose a frame with a mount that matches your print size.
If you’ve got any questions about paper or sizing, pop us an email at oskieprints@gmail.com.

  • What’s your return policy?
Because every print is made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos so we can put it right. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Oh no! Email shop@oskieprints.com within 30 days with:

    • your order number

    • photos of the damage and the outer packaging

We’ll sort a replacement or refund quickly and confirm if we need the item returned.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are issued within 2–12 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a little longer to show the funds (typically 3–10 working days). We’ll email you as soon as it’s processed.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Note: Minor colour variations between on-screen images and printed artwork are normal and not considered a fault.

  • Creativity today blends traditional techniques with modern tools. At Oskie Prints, every concept begins with our direction — from initial idea and composition to colour palette and final refinement.

We use a combination of hand-sketching, digital illustration software, and emerging AI tools as part of our creative workflow. AI is used thoughtfully — as a tool for exploration and development — while final compositions, refinements, and print preparation are completed by us.

No design is uploaded and printed “as is.” Every artwork is curated, edited, enhanced, and quality-checked to ensure it meets our standards and feels cohesive within our collections.

Technology supports our creativity — it doesn’t replace it.
