Paper stock is matched to the size and finish you choose. A4 Glossy: 280gsm Premium Satin Photo Paper. A3 Glossy: 255gsm Premium Satin Photo Paper. A2/A1 Glossy: 275gsm Premium Photo Paper. A4 Matte: 170gsm. A3 Matte: 170gsm. A2/A1 Matte: 240gsm.

Matte gives a softer, gallery-style finish with no glare — great for most artwork. Glossy has a brighter, more vibrant look with stronger colour and contrast.

Question 8

How do bundles work?

Accepted Answer

Our bundle builder lets you pick 2, 3, or 4 prints and save automatically. 2 prints: 10% off. 3 prints: 15% off. 4 prints: 20% off. The discount applies at checkout.

Question 9

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Standard catalogue prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Custom AI commissions and photo upload prints are personalised, so they cannot normally be returned for change of mind once production has started. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Question 10

What is the AI commission feature?

Accepted Answer

The 'Design Your Own Print' page lets you describe an image — your pet, a scene, a style — and our AI generates a unique artwork based on your prompt. You review it, pick your size and finish, and we print it for you.

Question 11

Can I upload my own photo to be printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes — on the 'Print My Photo' page you can upload any image and we'll print it at your chosen size and finish. We review all uploads before printing to check quality and suitability.
