What is your returns policy?

Because every print is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

The 'Design Your Own Print' page lets you describe an image — your pet, a scene, a style — and our AI generates a unique artwork based on your prompt. You review it, pick your size and finish, and we print it for you.
