We do not print copyrighted artwork, logos, licensed characters, or images you do not own the rights to.
Privacy: your photo is not sold, used for marketing, or shared publicly. It is used only to review and fulfil your order, then deleted after it is no longer needed. Declined custom orders are deleted automatically.

Bad, usable, good
The label is a quick guide only. We do not reject phone photos just because DPI metadata or exact pixel targets are missing.

3 photos save 10%, 4 photos save 15%, and 5 or more save 20%.

Original phone photos are usually fine. The label is only a guide; every custom photo is checked by us before printing.

Clear original camera photo or high-quality file.
Usable
Probably printable, but may need careful cropping or a smaller size.

Could look soft if enlarged. You can still order and we will contact you if needed.

Will somebody check my photo before printing?
Yes. A member of the Oskie Prints team checks the crop, orientation and obvious quality issues before production. We will contact you if the file is unlikely to print well.
Should I choose glossy or matte?
Glossy is recommended for real-life and professional photographs because it gives stronger colour, contrast and detail. Matte is better suited to typography, illustrations and graphic artwork.
What sizes can I order?
Photo prints are available in A4, A3, A2 and A1. A4 is selected first because it is the most forgiving size for typical phone photos.
What happens if my photo needs cropping?
Some cropping may be needed when the photo proportions do not match the selected paper size. We check this before printing and contact you if the crop could remove something important.
How is my uploaded photo used?
Your file is stored privately and used only to review and fulfil your order. It is not sold, used for marketing or shared publicly, and it is deleted after it is no longer needed.
Can I return a custom photo print?
Because the print is made from your own image, change-of-mind returns are not normally available once production has started. If the print arrives damaged or we make an error, contact us and we will put it right.
