This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

When you place an order we collect order details such as your name, email address, delivery information, selected prints, sizes, finishes, notes and payment status.

If you use Print My Photo or Design Your Own Print, we may collect uploaded images, generated images, prompts, reference images and notes needed to review and fulfil the order.

If you contact us, we collect the contact details and message content you choose to send.

Our website and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, device data, browser data and security logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, take payment, create and review prints, arrange delivery, send order emails, provide customer support, handle refunds and protect the website from misuse.

We use custom images and prompts only for creating, reviewing and fulfilling your order unless we ask for and receive separate permission.

If you choose gallery consent, an approved generated image may be shown in the community gallery and other visitors may buy a print from it or use it as inspiration for their own version.

We do not sell your personal data, custom photos or reference photos. We do not share custom images publicly unless you choose gallery consent.

4. Legal Reasons for Using Data

We use order and delivery data because it is needed to fulfil our contract with you.

We use some data for legitimate interests, such as customer support, fraud prevention, website security and improving our service.

We use some data to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record keeping.

Where we ask for marketing consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Services We Use

Stripe processes payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Our email provider sends customer emails, such as order confirmations and custom order updates.

Vercel hosts the website and Vercel Blob stores custom order files where configured.

OpenAI may process prompts, reference images and generated images when you use the AI print creation tool.

Printing and delivery partners only receive the information needed to produce or deliver your order.

6. How Long We Keep Data

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, customer support and legal purposes.

Custom uploaded photos, reference photos and generated custom images are kept only for as long as needed to review, fulfil and support the order. If a custom order is declined, the stored image file is deleted automatically. Approved custom files can be deleted after production/use while the order record is kept without the image.

If you choose gallery consent, the approved gallery image may remain on the site until we remove it or you ask us to remove it. If removed, future customers will no longer be able to buy or use that gallery image from the site.

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep a useful support history.

7. Your Rights

Depending on the situation, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how we use your personal data.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.

8. Updates
