1. About Oskie Prints

Oskie Prints is a UK-based family-run print studio selling made-to-order art prints, customer photo prints, bundles and custom AI-assisted commissions through this website.

2. Products and Print Options

Product images, colours and previews are shown as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens and printed paper.

Frames are not included unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Paper stock depends on the size and finish selected at checkout. The selected size, finish and paper details are shown before payment.

3. Custom AI Prints and Photo Uploads

Custom AI prints and uploaded photo prints are reviewed by our team before production. We may contact you if the image quality, cropping, copyright status or print suitability needs checking.

You must only upload or request artwork, photos, logos, characters, names and other content that you own or have permission to use.

If you choose community gallery consent and we approve the image for the gallery, visitors may view it, buy a print from it, or use it as inspiration for their own custom version.

We may decline custom orders that appear to contain copyrighted artwork, brand logos, licensed characters, third-party artwork, offensive content, or images we cannot reasonably print. If a custom order has only been authorised, the authorisation will be cancelled rather than captured.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery costs are shown before checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

For AI commission and photo upload prints, Stripe may place a temporary card authorisation at checkout. We only capture that payment after the custom print is approved for production.

Your order is accepted when payment is completed and we send or display confirmation that your order has been received.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international countries shown on our Shipping & Delivery page.

International orders are currently limited to A4 and A3 prints only. A2 and A1 prints are UK delivery only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days unless a product page, custom review or email update says otherwise.

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, although carrier delays and bank holidays can take longer.

International delivery uses Royal Mail International Tracked where available. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes or duties requested by the destination country.

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £25. Orders under £25 have a delivery charge shown at checkout.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

For standard catalogue prints, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Personalised prints, custom AI commissions and photo upload prints are made to your specification, so they cannot normally be returned because you changed your mind once production has started.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate and cover return postage if a return is needed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Stripe and your bank.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount wheel codes are limited to one use per person and are intended for first orders only unless the offer clearly says otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or manually agreed discounts unless we confirm this in writing.

Discount wheel codes can be entered on baskets that contain any product type, but the discount only reduces eligible non-bundle A4 and A3 print items. Bundle-discounted items, A2 and A1 prints, delivery charges, gift cards and other excluded products are not discounted unless the offer clearly says otherwise.

We may withdraw, refuse or cancel a promotion if it is misused, duplicated, technically abused, or applied in error. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Copyright and Use of Our Website

The Oskie Prints website, product photography, generated previews, product names, layout and written content must not be copied or reused without permission.

Buying a print does not transfer copyright or commercial rights in the artwork unless we agree this separately in writing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business, website or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
